Is my revenue high enough for this to make sense?

We work with creators at $25K/mo and up. Tier breakdown:

  • $25K–$50K/mo: 20% commission on chat revenue
  • $50K–$100K/mo: 17%
  • $100K+/mo: 15%

Under $25K, a chatting agency isn't worth it yet — the math breaks. If that's you, we'll say so on the call and point you to what actually moves the needle (usually: more traffic, not better chat).

Subscription revenue stays 100% yours, regardless of tier. Commission only applies to PPV, tips, upsells closed in DMs.

How do my content, socials, and passwords stay mine?

What if one of my chatters underperforms?

Redundancy by design. Your account runs with a team of three vetted chatters across 8-hour shifts — not a single person. If one slips, the other two (plus the senior lead) catch it before you see impact.

Vetting before they ever touch your DMs:

  • → Minimum 6 months live experience on top 1% creator accounts
  • → Voice-test on mock DMs — must hit 80%+ closure on the test panel
  • → Reference check with prior creator or agency
  • → Individual NDA tied to your specific account — personal legal liability on breach

Live protection, every day:

  • → First 14 days: every outbound reviewed by the senior lead before it sends
  • → Weekly scorecards per chatter: response time, close rate, PPV pricing, tone alignment
  • → Whales (lifetime spend > $200) route to the senior, regardless of whose shift it is
  • → Score slips two weeks running → we rotate the chatter off your account before you have to ask

You never depend on one chatter having a good week. That's the whole point of the shift team.

How is this actually different from my current agency?

Full-management agencies take 40–50% of your entire gross — subs, tips, brand deals, referrals, everything.

We take 15–20% of chat revenue only. Your subscription income, socials, content, and brand stay 100% yours.

Real math on a $75K/mo creator:

  • → Full-management at 45%: you net $41K
  • → SVJ at 17% (chat-only, assuming 70% of revenue is chat-driven): you net $66K

  • Day 1–2: All three chatters + the senior lead read your last 30 days of DMs. Voice doc built from your closed threads — not templates.
  • Day 3–7: Dual chatting. Your assigned team handles low-stakes threads, senior lead reviews every outbound before send.
  • Day 7–14: Full shift handoff — 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a. Senior reviews close rate + tone daily across all three.
  • Day 14+: Full team operational 24/7, you're hands-off. Most creators sleep through nights again by day 10.

We don't bill commission until Day 15 — the ramp is on us.

What if I want out?
