DMCA Policy
Last updated: April 18, 2026
SVJ Talent respects the intellectual property rights of content creators. This policy explains how to report alleged copyright infringement and how we respond, consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512).
1. Filing a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe content on svjtalent.com or in our services infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing:
- → Your physical or electronic signature
- → Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
- → Identification of the infringing material and sufficient information to locate it (URL, page, or specific content)
- → Your contact information: full name, address, phone number, email
- → A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- → A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Send to our designated DMCA agent:

Email: dmca@svjtalent.com
Postal: 3100 N. Lakeharbor Lane, Ste 176 #502, Boise, ID 83703, USA
2. Our response
- → Valid notices acknowledged within 5 business days
- → Allegedly infringing content reviewed and, if applicable, removed expeditiously
- → Repeat infringers' accounts terminated per our policy
- → User whose content is removed will be notified with details of the takedown notice
3. Counter-notifications
If you believe your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- → Your physical or electronic signature
- → Identification of the removed content and its prior location
- → A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- → Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction in the federal district where you reside (or, if outside the US, where SVJ may be found)
- → Consent to service of process from the complainant
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us of a filed legal action within 10-14 business days, the content may be restored.
4. Repeat infringer policy
SVJ Talent maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users and clients who are repeat infringers. Creators engaging with SVJ's services who are the subject of repeated, substantiated DMCA complaints risk service termination.
5. Creator content protection
For SVJ clients whose content may be subject to unauthorized redistribution by third parties (e.g., leaked content, unauthorized reuploads), SVJ supports Creator in coordinating takedown efforts but is not the legal owner of Creator content and cannot directly issue takedowns on Creator's behalf without explicit written authorization.
SVJ recommends that clients at elevated risk of content theft retain specialized content-protection services (e.g., BranditScan, DMCA Force, Rulta) in addition to our chat management.
6. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you knowingly materially misrepresent that content is infringing or that content was removed by mistake or misidentification. Please do not file false notices.
This policy is provided as a comprehensive framework. Attorneys should review before deploy and confirm DMCA agent registration with the US Copyright Office (dmca.copyright.gov) — this registration is legally required to benefit from DMCA safe harbor protections.
