SVJ Talent ("SVJ," "we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of creators, applicants, and website visitors. This policy explains our data practices in plain language.

1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you submit
- → Application data via our online form: OnlyFans handle or link, revenue bucket, current management status, content style, traffic sources, stated bottleneck, revenue goal, timeline, name, email, phone number, optional open-text responses
- → Contact information: name, email address, and phone number
- → Communications: emails, calls, messages exchanged with our team
- → If you become a client: onboarding data, payment information (processed via Stripe or equivalent — we do not store full card details), performance data tied to your OnlyFans account
1.2 Information collected automatically
- → Usage data: pages viewed, session duration, referring URL, device type, browser type
- → Approximate location: derived from IP address (country/city level)
- → Cookies and similar technologies: Google Analytics 4, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, TikTok Pixel, functional session cookies
1.3 Information we do NOT collect
- → We do NOT collect or store your OnlyFans password, Instagram password, or any social media credentials
- → We do NOT access your OF account as you — chatters work via a proprietary chat interface with limited, scoped access
- → We do NOT collect sensitive personal data (health, religion, political views) unless you voluntarily submit such information
- → We do NOT collect information from anyone under 18. Our services are exclusively for adults (18+) per OnlyFans platform requirements.
2. How we use your information

- → To provide chat management services if you become a client
- → To improve our services, website, and marketing effectiveness
- → To communicate with you (responding to inquiries, service updates, marketing with opt-out)
- → To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect rights and safety
- → To analyze aggregate, anonymized trends about creator monetization (we never share identifiable data)
Legal bases for processing (GDPR): contract performance (services you requested), legitimate interest (improving services, marketing to prospects), consent (where required for cookies, marketing), legal obligation (tax, accounting, response to legal process).
3. How we share your information
3.1 Service providers (data processors)
We share limited data with vendors who help us operate:
- → Tally or Typeform: application form hosting
- → Calendly: scheduling strategy calls (for qualified applicants)
- → Google Analytics: website usage analytics
- → Meta Platforms: advertising effectiveness tracking (conversion data only)
- → TikTok: advertising effectiveness tracking
- → Stripe (if/when applicable): payment processing
- → Cloud infrastructure providers (Vercel, AWS, or equivalent): site hosting, data storage
- → Email providers: transactional and newsletter emails
- → Chat platform (for clients): secure chatter interface with audit logs
All service providers are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and process data only on our instructions.
3.2 We do NOT sell your personal data
We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA or similar laws. We do not share information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad pixels listed above.
3.3 Legal disclosures
We may disclose information if required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to protect our legal rights; to respond to emergencies involving risk to life or safety; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to affected users).
4. Your rights
4.1 Rights available to all users

5. Data retention
- → Application data from non-clients: retained for 24 months after last contact, then deleted
- → Active client data: retained for the duration of service plus 2 years for legal/tax compliance
- → Financial transaction records: retained 7 years (US tax requirement)
- → Chat logs and CRM data for departed clients: deleted within 7 days of contract termination per terms
- → Marketing subscriber data: retained until opt-out plus 60 days for record-keeping
6. Data security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures:
- → TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit
- → Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest
- → Access controls and authentication on all internal systems
- → IP-restricted access for chatter team members
- → NDA and background verification for all team members with data access
- → Regular security audits and prompt patching
No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware, in accordance with GDPR (where applicable) and US state breach notification laws.
7. International data transfers
If you are located outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US or other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms to protect data transferred internationally, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
- → Essential/functional: required for core site operation (session state, form handling). Cannot be disabled without breaking site functionality.
- → Analytics: Google Analytics 4 — measures site usage patterns in aggregate form.

Our services are exclusively for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us immediately for deletion.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for active clients, via direct email. Your continued use of the services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
